Terms & Conditions

  1. Article Submission: Writing an article is the customer’s responsibility or can be provided at an additional cost based on guidelines supplied by the customer.
  2. Publication Timing: Articles submitted by Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. will be published the following week. Urgent publications outside the specified schedule will incur an additional charge of €140.
  3. Content Provision: Unless otherwise noted, the customer is responsible for providing all content, including writing, graphic designs, banners, etc.
  4. Event Data Sharing: Data from mutual events or sponsorships will be sent within 5 business days after the event concludes, including only registrants who have actively agreed to receive emails from the customer.
  5. Content Approval: SmartClouds reserves the right to edit or reject content that does not meet the professional standards or provide value to the readers of the relevant content portals.
  6. Timely Provision of Materials: The customer must provide content, design materials, speaking points, and responses regarding logistical details promptly. Delays may affect publication timing, vendor availability, and service delivery. If required materials are not received on time, SmartClouds will consider the service provided without a refund.
  7. Performance Disclaimer: While SmartClouds will strive for a successful campaign, it does not guarantee a specific number of registrations or participants for events.
  8. Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of signing this order.
  9. VAT: For Spain-based companies, a 21% VAT will be added to all prices in this offer.
  10. Payment Recipient: Payments should be made to Cloud Cost Control SL, which manages SmartClouds operations and all associated brands.
  11. Breach of Agreement: Failure to comply with the payment terms will be considered a fundamental breach of this agreement.
  12. Cancellation Policy: If the customer cancels the activity after signing the work order, no refund will be issued. However, if the cancellation is due to third-party circumstances beyond the control of the customer and/or SmartClouds, the work order can be converted into a different activity upon mutual agreement.
  13. Offer Exclusivity: This offer is personal and cannot be forwarded to third parties.
  14. Price Changes: Prices indicated may change over time.
  15. Validity: This price list is valid until Marzo 30, 2025. Prices and/or product content may change after this date.
